Stress and TTC

Q: I am 26 years old and we have been trying to get pregnant for 18 months now. My cycles are regular, every 27 days, and I am having a lot of stress at work. Could that be the reason why we can't get pregnant?

A: Stress can interfere with normal ovulation.

So if you don't ovulate regularly, one of the causes could be stress. From your description, it seems that you are having regular menstrual cycles, which usually means that you are ovulating regularly. You may want to look for other reasons for the infertility such as sperm problems or fallopian tube problems.
